| Thank you for your interest in becoming a Participant of Iowa Title Guaranty (ITG). To apply, you will need to: |
- Complete the online application (get started below)
- Upload a copy of your professional liability insurance policy; and
- Pay application fee of $75.

| After you have started the application, you have 7 calendar days to complete and submit the application. To access your application, enter your User Name and Password to log on at https://cap.iowatitleguaranty.com. To log on, under the PARTICIPANT heading, under ACCESS CAP, click on: I would like to: Continue my Participant application AND enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Click on LOG ON. |
