I have never been an ITG participant and would like to submit an application. How do I apply?
  1. Go to the ITG PARTICIPANT & STAFF column and click on:
    • Begin an ITG participant application.
I have been an ITG participant in the past but am not currently. How do I apply?

I am a staff person for an attorney/legal entity. How do I obtain my own log on credentials?
  1. A current CAP user will need to assist you and will log into the participant record of the attorney or legal entity with whom you are associated.
  2. Click on the Associations Tab of the attorney/legal entity.
  3. Click on the +Create User and complete the required fields.
    1. Assign a unique username (not case sensitive).
    2. Assign a password (case sensitive).
    3. Select ACTIVE Status in dropdown menu.
    4. Click on ADMIN or STAFF. See information icon for user roles.
    5. If the Participant has been approved as a Field Issuer, the field issuer button will be auto checked for all staff.
    6. To allow access to the E-Payment portal, click on Participant Payer (usually only a Participant Admin for issuing commitments/certificates).
      • If the new staff will be a Payer only (not creating commitments/certificates), click on Staff and Participant Payer and uncheck the Field Issuer button.
      • Click on SAVE.
How do I update information in my participant record e.g., participant name, address, email, telephone, banking information? (For attorney/owner or administrator of a legal entity).

  1. Go to the ITG PARTICIPANT & STAFF column and then: I am a current ITG participant/participant staff
  2. Click on:
    • Submit my renewal application OR update information in my participant record
  3. Log into your participant record.
  4. On the Participant Detail Screen: Click on the UPDATE INFO button.
  5. Review the information previously provided in each section and make the necessary changes.
  6. Click on SUBMIT.
How do I change the name of a staff member?
  1. Go to the ITG PARTICIPANT & STAFF column and then: I am a current ITG participant/participant staff
  2. Click on:
    • Submit my renewal application OR update information in my participant record
  3. Log into the participant record of the attorney for whom they work or the legal entity.
  4. Click on the Associations Tab.
  5. Click on the pencil icon next to their name and make the necessary changes.
  6. Click on UPDATE.
I am a current ITG Participant. How do I apply to issue commitments/certificates and/or closing protection letters (“CPL”)?
  1. Go to the ITG PARTICIPANT & STAFF column and then: I am a current ITG participant/participant staff
  2. Click on:
    • Submit my renewal application OR update information in my participant record
  3. Log into your participant record.
  4. On the Participant Detail Screen: Click on the ADD SERVICE button.
  5. Review the information previously provided in each section and update if there has been a change (firm name, address, telephone, email, etc.). Please be sure to answer all questions. Items with a red asterisk (*) are required.
  6. Click on SUBMIT.
